Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Briefly for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan: Limited access to 50 articles per day with ads.

Pro Plans: Unlimited access, ad-free experience, and premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content summaries are generated by AI from publicly available news sources. We provide attribution and links to original sources. Original articles remain the property of their respective publishers.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of comments and custom feeds you create. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post spam, harassment, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or copy content in bulk

Briefly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
